Dream The Change CIC was established to bridge the gap between families with children with special educational needs of national, ethnic, linguistic and cultural minorities and service providers in the Essex area.

They aim to support each child to successfully access activities and venues alongside both disabled and mainstream peers.

By creating an environment where diversity is respected and valued, they can ensure that the principles of inclusion apply to children of all abilities, ethnic backgrounds and ages as they should do.
