

This small group workshop aims to help parents to develop their skills in supporting their child with autism with sleep issues.
It will be led by Helen from The Children’s Sleep Charity, who is a highly experienced sleep practitioner who also has extensive experience of working with children with additional needs.
The workshop includes understanding sleep cycles, common sleep issues and strategies to manage these, establishing appropriate routines, keeping sleep diaries and interpreting the data and environments.
Drinks and biscuits will be provided but please remember to bring lunch.
