SNAP welcomes Steve Challen back to explain how individuals with ADHD can be supported in their day to day lives, at school and at work.
Some of the areas he will cover are; an introduction to medication, behaviour management, dietary improvements as well as other useful strategies.
Steve runs ADHD+ Support and has extensive understanding and personal experience of ADHD and coexisting conditions as both an individual and a parent.
