Ability using Sport is a Colchester based disability sports club that believes in a vision of giving opportunities to everyone, whatever their ability.

AUS is a non-profit organisation offering sports activities for children and young people with disabilities including learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, special educational needs, physical disabilities and those with mental health difficulties.

There are currently several groups for different ages in locations including Colchester, Maldon and Burnham-on-Crouch.

The clubs offer a variety of popular sports in a fun and friendly environment where everyone can participate without pressure or expectation.
