Preparing for Adulthood brought together a wide range of expertise and experience of working with young people and families, at a local and national level and across government, to support young people into adulthood with paid employment, good health, independent living options and friends, relationships and community inclusion.

In 2020 NDTi (National Development Team for Inclusion) refreshed the suite of resources as part of their delivery of the Preparing for Adulthood programme.

In March 2022 the NDTi contract with the DfE ended, but they saved a selection of popular tools and guides from the PfA website onto a dedicated area on NDTi’s website.
