New Opportunity Group Havering a community based arts and social group for adults with learning and physical disabilities aged 18 plus and specialises in provision for those with profound disabilities.

The New Opportunity Group Havering offers a Sensory and Creative Art session on Wednesday 10.30am to 12.00pm, as well as a Sensory Music and Movement Workshop on Friday 10.30am to 12.00pm and 1.45pm to 3.30pm, both held at the Saint Georges Church, Harold Wood.

Other sessions include a Pom Pom keep fit class for wheelchair users on Wednesday 6.30pm to 8.00pm and also a Drama and Music Workshop on Thursday 1.30am to 3.30pm, both held at the Ingrebourne Centre, Harold Wood.

The New Opportunity Group Havering also provides a social club at the Ingrebourne Centre on the second Tuesday of the month from 7.00pm to 10.00pm.
