Healthy 4 Life Football Project – Colchester provides football opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder who live in Colchester, Tendring, Witham and Braintree areas. Weekly coaching sessions are held in Colchester on a Tuesday from 5.00pm to 6.00pm Astroturf pitch at Colchester Leisure World. The aims of the football project are to help vulnerable people realise their potential, develop personal skills, and improve on compliance, assertiveness and confidence.
