Healthy 4 Life Football Project – Clacton provides football opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder who live in Colchester, Tendring, Witham and Braintree areas. Weekly coaching sessions are held in Clacton on a Thursday from 5.00pm to 6.00pm, Astroturf pitch at Clacton Leisure Centre. The aims of the football project are to help vulnerable people realise their potential, develop personal skills, and improve on compliance, assertiveness and confidence.   Contact Carolyn for more information.
