Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust provide a range of wellbeing services to support those who have, or may have, breast cancer. Including specialist support for individuals with learning disability and/or autism.
Overview
Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust offer one-to-one nurse appointments and are developing a range of wellbeing services to support individuals at every stage—before, during, and after breast cancer. Through education and compassionate care, they aim to empower and uplift all those affected.
They also offer dedicated outreach support for individuals with learning disabilities and autism, their carers, friends and family. They have dedicated specialised resources and can provide one to one support as well as breast awareness workshops for men and women of all ages.
The support provided can be across Essex and nurse appointments can be provided via face to face (local area only), telephone or secure video link.
