Phab Life is a charity that provides opportunities for people with disabilities. It is affiliated to the national charity Phab, but focuses more on work experience.

The charity provides supported volunteering, inclusive employment training, outreach opportunities and social clubs. 

The Phabulous Cafe is based in Leigh-On-Sea, and is staffed by a team of volunteers and trainees on a training programme.

The Phab Shop in Rayleigh High Street is staffed by a team of volunteers.

Phabulous Clubs are a valuable extension to the Phab Life charity, enabling the trainees to expand their social life, social support, and interests. Various clubs are based at The Phabulous Cafe premises.
