“I am a Senior Associate Family Solicitor in the Family Team at Ellisons Legal LLP. I work from both our Frinton and Colchester offices but also work remotely. I therefore advise clients outside the county of Essex.

I provide advice in relation to all areas of family law including divorce and financial matters arising from the separation (including complex and high net worth), disputes in relation unmarried couples who are separating, disputes in relation to children including parents and other family members and including international abduction and other emergency applications, change of name deeds, cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and domestic abuse, including applying for Injunctions when necessary.

I specialise in offering advice to clients who are Neurodiverse and/ or where the children of the family are Neurodiverse and/or have disabilities. I also represent clients who are separating from a partner or spouse who are themselves Neurodiverse.

When necessary I will adapt the environment for the Neurodiverse client and also the way in which advice is delivered. I can discuss this with clients in order to ensure they are comfortable in the environment they are in.

I have both professional and personal experience of Neurodiversity. My focus is to provide a service which offers excellent client care and is inclusive.

I have excellent relations with counsellors, IFAs, mortgage advisors, Estate Agents and many others so I am able to signpost clients in the direction of other professionals who provide a similar standard of client care.

I have excellent relations with clients past and present and often receive refers as a result.”
