Vibrance provides support for adults 18+ with disabilities.

Vibrance offers personally-tailored expert care and support in a range of settings including outreach (support at home and in the local community), day opportunities, short breaks, supported employment, residential care homes and care with nursing, and supported living services.

Vibrance Self Directed Services provide support for anyone who wants to take control of their own support through Support Planning and Brokerage; Direct Payments Advice & Guidance; Financial Services (Payroll, Third Party Payments & Fund Holding); and Linkmeup Personal Assistant Register.

A team of experts are available to help with support planning and understanding of direct payments and personal budgets.
