Penny Meadow is a life skills and personal development centre based in Colchester.

The centre focuses on practical, creative and socialisation skills enabling young adults to gain confidence and self-esteem whilst acquiring new skills and greater independence.

Life Skills Training involves domestic activities such as shopping, cooking, cleaning and budgeting. There are Creative Cooking Workshops during school holidays.

Short courses on subjects such as English language, expressive art, sex & relationship education and more are also available.

A full Respite Service is available and is CQC registered. Saturday fun time is available for exciting trips out and about.
