And there are hundreds more to fall in love with! \n  \nSuitable for families and all fitness levels\nNuclear Races offer a range of race options from Rookie Races for children from 4-14yrs to Oblivion Maxx for the most elite athletes. \nIt doesn’t matter if you’re a newbie taking on your first event or a veteran getting your #lovemud fix\, you’re sure to have a fantastically memorable muddy time. So why not help raise some funds for SNAP by taking part in one of these Nuclear’s events! \n\n\n\nRookie Blast  – Fun\, Pumped-up muddy obstacle course for 4–14-year-old kids of any fitness level. A specially designed fun 1.5/3km course filled with around 20 obstacles and guaranteed Nuclear M.U.D.!  Start time: 10am\nFamily Wave – Run as a family together. Teams are open to all ages from 10yrs+ but must include 1 adult over 18years. This 5k event is designed to get you all out on the Blast course together to enjoy the mud and obstacles as a family. Start time: 3.40pm\nBlast & Blackout Nuclear Blast  – Both are a 5km obstacle course and you have 2hours to complete as many laps as possible.\n\nBlast is for ages 13yrs+ but under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult over 17years. It is a daytime event suitable for all levels of fitness. Start time from: 9.45am\nBlackout is for ages 16yrs+ but 16year olds must be accompanied by an adult over 17years. Emily’s amazing talent\, the interaction and requests on the chat\, and the relaxed and welcoming feel of these sessions helped families to stay connected throughout the pandemic. \nDuring one of these sessions Emily had an amazing idea – what if we did this for 24 hours? So they did! On 5 March 2021 the feed went live and families\, friends\, supporters and people from across the county tuned in enjoying a variety of music acts\, videos and games. We raised a phenomenal £13\,000! \nNow we want to do it bigger and better than ever before but we need your help! This event will be a celebration of our community and SNAP’s 30 years of supporting Essex families. What better way to do it by inviting everyone to join in for a boogie?! \nWe will be LIVE\, streaming from The SNAP Centre from 9AM\, 19th October – 9AM\, 20th October. \n  \nHow can I get involved?\n\nPERFORM – We’re want to include as many local\, talented groups as we can in our 24-hour stream.
