This could include topics such as; support with sharing the diagnosis\, understanding sleep differences\, understanding eating differences.\n\n★ Part 1: 7th January – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 2: 14th January – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 3: 21st January – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 4: 4th February – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 5: 11th February – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 6: 25th February – 10.00am to 12noon \n  \nPlease read carefully before registering your interest: \n\nParents must be able to commit to attending all six sessions.\nThis course is aimed at parents who have a child of Primary School age (4 to 11 years old)\, who is\, or may be\, neurodivergent (autistic/ADHD). No formal diagnosis required.\nPlease register your interest by clicking the button below or emailing admin@snapcharity.org – we will then confirm places and send details on how to pay to secure your place.\nThis course is in-person at The SNAP Centre and will not be recorded.\nSNAP is unable to accommodate children at this session.\nRefund requests can be submitted up to the end of the day on 2nd January and is dependent on us being able to reallocate the place – we are unable to process refunds after this time.\n\n  \n\n\n\nSNAP is charging a nominal fee for registered SNAP families and this is not a true reflection of the cost. DESCRIPTION:Mindfulness and Creative Workshop for SNAP Parents and Carers\nWednesday 28th January\, 10am to 12noon at The SNAP Centre\n \n\n		\n	\n\n	\n		\n			\n\n		\n	\n\n	\n		\n			\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCreate Yourself Calm will host a workshop combining art and creativity with wellbeing\, mindfulness and self-care tips.\n\n\n\nA message from Create Yourself Calm: \nWe are Create Yourself Calm – hosting workshops and combining art and creativity with wellbeing\, mindfulness and self-care tips so you can….Create Yourself Calm. \nWho is this for? \nCreate Yourself Calm are hosting a special workshop specifically for SNAP parents. Their workshops are aimed at anyone from beginners to more experienced creatives. You just need to be prepared to relax and enjoy the process of creating. \nWho are They? \nCreate Yourself Calm sessions are facilitated by an art teacher and two experienced counsellors who share a passion for the crossover between creativity and self-care. We’re here to help you make the most of your me-time. \nWhat happens on the day? \nThey will provide you with a starting point to get creative\, linked to a mindful moment and let you explore the materials and to enjoy the process. You may end up painting\, cutting\, collaging or doodling – there are no rules! \nDon’t worry if you’re a beginner as we have some great tricks for producing some colourful creative work and also suitable to more experienced creatives to try something new and experiment. \nThe main aim is to enjoy the process and to forget about organising home life/work/what to cook for dinner etc. for a couple of hours.
