So why not help raise some funds for SNAP by taking part in one of these Nuclear’s events! \n\n\n\nRookie Blast  – Fun\, Pumped-up muddy obstacle course for 4–14-year-old kids of any fitness level. A specially designed fun 1.5/3km course filled with around 20 obstacles and guaranteed Nuclear M.U.D.!  Start time: 10am\nFamily Wave – Run as a family together. Teams are open to all ages from 10yrs+ but must include 1 adult over 18years. This 5k event is designed to get you all out on the Blast course together to enjoy the mud and obstacles as a family. Start time: 3.40pm\nBlast & Blackout Nuclear Blast  – Both are a 5km obstacle course and you have 2hours to complete as many laps as possible.\n\nBlast is for ages 13yrs+ but under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult over 17years. with The Ongar Singers\nThe Ongar Singers are delighted to present their “Music for a Summer Evening” concert in St. Mary’s Church\, High Ongar on Saturday 9th July at 7:30pm. \nThe concert will be a programme of lighted-hearted songs ideal for a Summer evening and will showcase pieces from well-known shows such as The Greatest Showman\, Chicago\, and Shrek.
