Emily’s amazing talent\, the interaction and requests on the chat\, and the relaxed and welcoming feel of these sessions helped families to stay connected throughout the pandemic. \nDuring one of these sessions Emily had an amazing idea – what if we did this for 24 hours? So they did! On 5 March 2021 the feed went live and families\, friends\, supporters and people from across the county tuned in enjoying a variety of music acts\, videos and games. We raised a phenomenal £13\,000! \nNow we want to do it bigger and better than ever before but we need your help! This event will be a celebration of our community and SNAP’s 30 years of supporting Essex families. This event is all in aid of SNAP\, so whether you’re an experienced muddy challenger or usually avoid puddles on a walk\, you’ll be sure to have a mud-tastic time alongside other wonderful SNAP supporters. \nThis 5K Mud Run will include not just\, well you guessed it… lots of MUD\, but also a range of the Wild Forest’s #lovemudfun most renowned obstacles such as the ‘Death Slide’. \nTeam up with your family\, friends or work mates to take on this exciting challenge and create some hilarious muddy memories together.
