This could include topics such as; support with sharing the diagnosis\, understanding sleep differences\, understanding eating differences.\n\n★ Part 1: 7th January – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 2: 14th January – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 3: 21st January – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 4: 4th February – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 5: 11th February – 10.00am to 12noon \n★ Part 6: 25th February – 10.00am to 12noon \n  \nPlease read carefully before registering your interest: \n\nParents must be able to commit to attending all six sessions.\nThis course is aimed at parents who have a child of Primary School age (4 to 11 years old)\, who is\, or may be\, neurodivergent (autistic/ADHD). No formal diagnosis required.\nPlease register your interest by clicking the button below or emailing admin@snapcharity.org – we will then confirm places and send details on how to pay to secure your place.\nThis course is in-person at The SNAP Centre and will not be recorded.\nSNAP is unable to accommodate children at this session.\nRefund requests can be submitted up to the end of the day on 2nd January and is dependent on us being able to reallocate the place – we are unable to process refunds after this time.\n\n  \n\n\n\nSNAP is charging a nominal fee for registered SNAP families and this is not a true reflection of the cost. DESCRIPTION:Look and Feel Your Best Self\nTuesday 27th January\, 10am to 2pm at The SNAP Centre\n \n\n		\n	\n\n	\n		\n			\n\n		\n	\n\n	\n		\n			\n\n\n\nThe Look and Feel Your Best Self workshops will aim to help you rediscover your personal style and give you confidence in skincare routines.\n\n\n\nDo you feel like having a change this New Year? As parents we can often put things like updating our wardrobe or spending time on ourselves at the bottom of our priority list.
