SNAP+ Centre Sessions are held during the school/college holidays and offer the young people a youth club style opportunity to socialise and take part in fun activities within the Centre.  Facilities available include the multi-sensory room, IT Suite, Wii, snooker table and air hockey.

Accompanying parents and carers can access the SNAP library, speak to parent advisers or have a chat over a cup of tea or coffee.

SNAP+ is for parents of older children aged 12 to 25 years.

It is a developing service aiming to meet the needs of parents and young people with a focus on topics relating to transition and beyond.
