The Queen's Golden Jubilee Award 2003

In June 2003 SNAP was one of two Essex charities to receive The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Award for voluntary service by groups in the community.  The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Award (now The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service) is the highest award given to volunteer groups across the UK for outstanding work carried out in their local communities.

Queen's Golden Jubilee Award & Royal Garden Party 2003

The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Award  was presented by our patron Lord Petre DL Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant for Essex in June.

Following the award, SNAP representatives were invited to attend a Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.
